At the 2023 Holistic Healthcare Network Annual Expo - I gave Presentations on "Serving a Portion of Nutrition" and " Tips for Healthy Weight Management"

I had the privilege of presenting a talk to the Soroptimist International Albany Group on Tuesday October 26, 2021. As it is Breast Cancer Awareness month, the theme colour was pink. My talk was titled " The K.I.S - Keep it Simple - Guide to Food & Nutrition."

At the 2021 Holistic Healthcare Network Annual Expo - I gave a Presentation on "Circadian Rhythms - Food, Weight & Well-being".
